Work on the product begins in the storage room, where each of our ingredients is stored safely and efficiently. Everything from shortening to peanut butter to chocolate chips is sorted for easy access and efficiency. When ready to make a batch of cookies, the bakers choose the necessary products and accurately measure each ingredient for mixing. Once they have them all measured, they are then poured into the large mixing bowl. Here, the ingredients are thoroughly mixed to provide a batter of just the right consistency. When the mixing is complete, the batter is then moved to the table where it will be placed onto baking sheets. | |

Above is an overview of the inside of the bakery. It is here that the cookie dough is made, scooped onto trays and baked. Below is the counter of the on-site store, where cookies and other products are sold on Thursdays and Fridays from 9 AM until 1 PM.

At this table, the bakers spoon out the cookie dough onto baking sheets covered with wax paper. This ensures that each cookie is roughly the same size and can be baked properly. The next step for the cookies is into one of the large ovens. In these, the cookies are fully cooked until golden brown. |

Once removed from the oven, the cookies are then transferred to the screened cooling room, where the cookies are cooled in the fresh country air. Once cooled, they are packaged and labeled, ready to be sold on site or at local stores. |
